Description

A delightful blend of sweet Medjool dates and savory bacon, stuffed with creamy goat cheese for a sophisticated appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 6 oz goat cheese
  • 6 slices bacon (thin-cut)
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the dates lengthwise down one side and remove the pits.
  3. Stuff each date with goat cheese.
  4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Position the wrapped dates on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the dates are caramelized.
