Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
