- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer pork chops to a plate and let rest, loosely covered with foil.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the heavy cream, rosemary, and thyme, and let simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Return pork chops to the skillet, coating them in sauce, and warm through for an additional minute before serving.
