Description

A delicious wrap that captures the iconic Big Mac flavors in a portable format, perfect for any meal or gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 or lean)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup sliced dill pickles
  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of paprika
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Shredded cheddar (optional)
  • Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Brown for about 6-8 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Whisk until creamy.
  3. Toast tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warm.
  4. Assemble by laying a warm tortilla flat, adding beef, sauce, lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheese in the center.
  5. For a crispy wrap, toast the assembled wrap seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes, flipping to brown both sides.
  6. Slice in half and sprinkle with sesame seeds or arrange on a platter. Serve warm.

Notes

Customize with jalapeños for heat or swap beef for chicken or plant-based proteins. Make the sauce ahead to save time.
