Description

Delicious bite-sized blueberry cheesecake treats that are creamy, refreshing, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping
  • Mini muffin liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin liners.
  2. Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the blueberries gently with a spatula.
  4. Spoon the mixture into muffin liners, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Top with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until set.
  7. Cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
