- 1/2 cup raisins or cranberries
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mix and gently toss to coat.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
Notes
