Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 8 slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Gently mix with your hands.
  3. Shape the seasoned beef into small patties, roughly the size of your slider buns.
  4. Heat your skillet over medium heat and cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
