Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 8 slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup (optional)
  • Mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands.
  3. Shape the beef into small patties, matching the size of the slider buns.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on slider buns and adding desired toppings.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
