Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands.
- Shape the beef into small patties, matching the size of the slider buns.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on each patty and cover with a lid to melt.
