- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 medium breasts)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 strips of bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until slightly brown; transfer to a plate to drain.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sear chicken until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
- Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard for sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for 15-20 seconds per side.
- Assemble wraps: spread sauce on tortillas, add chicken, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
- Roll tortillas tightly and crisp in the skillet for 2 minutes per side.
- Slice in half and serve with extra sauce on the side.
