- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, creamy chicken soup, chicken broth, and frozen vegetables in your crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure every bite is packed with flavor.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by cutting it into quarters or leaving it whole. Drop them on top of the mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover the pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the dumplings are fluffy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, consider substituting turkey for chicken. Can also be made vegetarian with vegetable broth and plant-based biscuits.
