Delightful frozen treats made with pureed strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pureed strawberries and Greek yogurt. If desired, mix in honey for sweetness.
- Using a piping bag or sandwich bag, pipe small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the baking sheet for 1-2 hours until the yogurt bites are solid.
- Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight container and return to the freezer.
Notes
Make these in bulk and store for up to three months. Experiment with different fruits or add vanilla for flavor variations.
