Description

Delicious rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and garlic, wrapped in flaky crescent dough for an irresistible snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until onions soften.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and combine with the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up snugly.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble the rollups just before baking. For a crispy finish, consider air frying at 375°F for 7-10 minutes.
