- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic to the beef, cooking until onions soften.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt and combine with the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up snugly.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can prepare the filling ahead of time and assemble the rollups just before baking. For a crispy finish, consider air frying at 375°F for 7-10 minutes.
