Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken breasts glazed with honey and garlic, served alongside golden-brown caramelized sweet potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer for even cooking.
  3. Bake sweet potatoes for 25-30 minutes or until caramelized and crispy, flipping halfway.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
  7. Serve chicken over the caramelized sweet potatoes and drizzle with remaining sauce.

Notes
