- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in diced green chiles, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add pinto beans and mix well.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
