- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs until the sauce is smooth.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve it on top of the creamy pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
