Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and dried Italian herbs until the sauce is smooth.
  8. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
