- 4 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 2 cups Lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
- 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
- 6 strips Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Secret Sauce (mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a plate.
- Spread a generous amount of secret sauce evenly over the tortilla.
- On one side of the tortilla, layer with crisp lettuce, sliced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and avocado.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
- Slice down the middle and serve immediately.
