Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of angel food cake mix
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the angel food cake mix instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and cold water, and mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into an ungreased tube pan and bake as directed on the package.
  4. Once baked, let the cake cool upside down in the pan.
