Description

A delightful combination of juicy grilled chicken glazed with honey BBQ sauce and creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with honey BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  4. Wash and slice the potatoes.
  5. Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
  6. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  7. Add butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese to the potatoes, stirring until well-coated.
  8. Serve the grilled chicken with cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For make-ahead tips, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce the night before and prepare the potatoes up to a day in advance.
