A delightful combination of juicy grilled chicken glazed with honey BBQ sauce and creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, basting with honey BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
- Wash and slice the potatoes.
- Boil the sliced potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese to the potatoes, stirring until well-coated.
- Serve the grilled chicken with cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For make-ahead tips, marinate chicken in BBQ sauce the night before and prepare the potatoes up to a day in advance.
