- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers.
- Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fill each zucchini boat with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed zucchini half with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
