Description

A delightful one-pan meal featuring kielbasa and vibrant vegetables in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Peppers (red & yellow), chopped
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Slice the kielbasa, chop the bell peppers and carrots, and halve the baby potatoes if large.
  2. Heat the Pan: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the Kielbasa: Add kielbasa to the pan, cooking until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the Veggies: Toss in the bell peppers, carrots, and baby potatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  5. Make the Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Pour over the pan ingredients and stir to coat.
  6. Simmer: Reduce heat to low and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens.
  7. Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add or substitute other vegetables like zucchini or asparagus. Ensure to prep ingredients before cooking to save time.
