Description

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (14 oz each) Lil’ Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
  2. Add the Lil’ Smokies sausages to your slow cooker and pour the glaze over them, stirring gently to coat.
  3. Fold in the pineapple chunks, ensuring they are nestled among the sausages.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 240 minutes or on high for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
