Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Add the Lil’ Smokies sausages to your slow cooker and pour the glaze over them, stirring gently to coat.
- Fold in the pineapple chunks, ensuring they are nestled among the sausages.
- Cover and cook on low for 240 minutes or on high for 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
