- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

- For the dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the spice blend by mixing olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in the spice mixture and let it marinate for a few minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
