Description

A delightful and flavorful noodle bowl with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and spicy garlic infused noodles, perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in the olive oil. Let it warm for a minute.
  3. Add the minced garlic, stirring gently until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Toss in the sliced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce and chili paste, mixing everything together.
  7. Gently add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes
