- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle in the olive oil. Let it warm for a minute.
- Add the minced garlic, stirring gently until fragrant and golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the broccoli florets and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and chili paste, mixing everything together.
- Gently add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
