Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the pureed strawberries and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping over the cheesecake.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, add more pureed strawberries.
