Description

Delicious wraps filled with crispy halloumi cheese, fresh veggies, and a tangy sweet chili sauce. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices halloumi cheese
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup grated carrot
  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Slice the halloumi cheese into about ½ inch thick pieces for ideal crispiness.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the halloumi slices.
  3. Pan-fry each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden.
  4. Drizzle the sweet chili sauce over the warm halloumi.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot; toss well.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Lay out a tortilla and place a scoop of the veggie mixture, topped with halloumi.
  8. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and serve immediately.
