Instructions
- Slice the halloumi cheese into about ½ inch thick pieces for ideal crispiness.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the halloumi slices.
- Pan-fry each side for about 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Drizzle the sweet chili sauce over the warm halloumi.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot; toss well.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Lay out a tortilla and place a scoop of the veggie mixture, topped with halloumi.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and serve immediately.
