A delicious Turkish dish featuring succulent chicken breasts smothered in a rich and creamy white sauce infused with aromatic spices.

- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan, sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season the chicken breasts with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Place chicken in the skillet and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream and reduce heat, allowing to simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or coconut milk for heavy cream. Chicken thighs can be used for added flavor.
