Description

Deliciously crunchy baked chicken tenders with a savory garlic and paprika flavor, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up your breading station with three bowls: combine flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in the first; beat the eggs in the second; pour breadcrumbs in the third.
  3. Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shake off excess, then dip into the egg mixture.
  4. Roll the chicken in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the breaded tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use crushed cornflakes instead of breadcrumbs and swap the flour with almond or chickpea flour. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
