Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the sliced bananas using a spatula.
  7. Transfer the batter to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
