Instructions
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, stir together crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, whipped cream, and mashed bananas until a thick mixture forms.
- Shape the truffles: Use your hands or a small cookie scoop to form small balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for firmness: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.
- Melt the chocolate: In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip your truffles: Remove the truffles from the freezer and dip each into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate while wet: Sprinkle colorful decorations over the top before the chocolate sets.
- Set before serving: Let the truffles rest until the chocolate sets, approximately 1 hour at room temperature.
