Description

Delightful protein balls combining the flavors of birthday cake with healthy ingredients, perfect for a snack or treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 Scoops (50g) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Rainbow Sprinkles
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the Peanut Butter and Honey: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey. Heat in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each burst, until the mixture becomes creamy and well blended.
  2. Mix in the Protein Powder: Add the vanilla protein powder, a pinch of salt, and your choice of extract to the melted mixture. Stir until a cohesive dough forms. If your mixture seems too dry, add a splash of milk.
  3. Fold in Sprinkles: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop and Shape: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, gather portions and roll into small balls.
  5. Prepare for Chilling: Line a plate with parchment paper and space the protein balls apart.
  6. Refrigerate: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to firm up.

Notes

These protein balls keep well in the fridge for about one week. Great for meal prep!
