Description

A creamy and comforting Chicken Alfredo Bake topped with crunchy breadcrumbs, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked pasta, chopped chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased medium-sized baking dish.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Prepare the breadcrumb topping by mixing breadcrumbs with olive oil and grated Parmesan, then sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add extra vegetables. Make ahead by preparing the dish and refrigerating it, then bake when ready.
