- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked pasta, chopped chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased medium-sized baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare the breadcrumb topping by mixing breadcrumbs with olive oil and grated Parmesan, then sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add extra vegetables. Make ahead by preparing the dish and refrigerating it, then bake when ready.
