Description

A comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender beef, fluffy rice, and vibrant vegetables, topped with scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb beef (cubed or sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fragrant.
  2. Sauté the onion for about 3-5 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Add garlic and beef, cooking until the beef is brown, about 5 minutes.
  4. Scramble the eggs on one side of the skillet until set but soft.
  5. Combine rice and mixed vegetables, stirring to coat with flavors.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper, and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Final touches: Garnish with green onions, serve warm, and enjoy.

Notes

Using day-old rice works best for texture. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
