- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook the sliced chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crunchy.
- Combine the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper, mixing well for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
