- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Layer the chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add the barbecue sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Toss in the corn, black beans, chopped onion, and bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks in the pot.
