- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and airy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just combined.
- Spread the dough evenly in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bars cool in the pan.
- To prepare the frosting, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and top with sprinkles.
- Cut into squares and serve.
