Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until creamy; then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips (if using).
- Scoop dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
You can refrigerate the dough for up to 3 days before baking. For a quicker option, use an air fryer set to 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes.
