Description

Delightful and colorful Fruity Pebbles Cookies, perfect for any occasion with a sweet crunch and chewy texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until creamy; then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips (if using).
  7. Scoop dough onto a prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

You can refrigerate the dough for up to 3 days before baking. For a quicker option, use an air fryer set to 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes.
