Description

A comforting meatloaf with savory garlic and rich Parmesan cheese, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef and ground pork in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then gently fold in the eggs.
  4. Mix in the minced garlic, chopped onions, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a crispy outer layer, consider using an air fryer and adjust the cooking time as needed. Let the meatloaf cool before slicing to maintain juiciness.
