- 1 fully cooked ham (about 8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep.
- Mix the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, ground cloves, cinnamon, and ginger in a bowl.
- Brush the glaze over the ham, coating every crevice.
- Prepare the ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Rest the ham for 15 minutes after reaching an internal temperature of 140°F.
Notes
Allow the ham to come to room temperature before cooking for even baking. Prepare the glaze in advance to save time.
