- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 ripe Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, sliced (red preferred)
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced (any color)
- 1 Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Transfer the dough to the preheated pizza stone or a greased baking sheet.
- Brush the dough generously with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, olives, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
- Crumble feta cheese generously over the vegetable layer.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.
