Description

A vibrant and flavorful Greek Pizza topped with feta, olives, and fresh vegetables on a crisp dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 ripe Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced (red preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced (any color)
  • 1 Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C), placing a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to the preheated pizza stone or a greased baking sheet.
  4. Brush the dough generously with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  6. Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, olives, and bell peppers on top of the cheese.
  7. Crumble feta cheese generously over the vegetable layer.
  8. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, cool slightly, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Customize toppings based on seasonal vegetables or personal preferences. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
