Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Toss the shishito peppers in a medium-sized bowl with olive oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
- Grill the peppers for 5 to 7 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs until they blister and char.
- Serve them on a plate and drizzle with lemon juice, if desired.
Notes
You can prepare the peppers in advance and keep them covered before grilling. Try adding smoked paprika for extra flavor!
