Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together za’atar spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Tofu: Add the cubed tofu, gently folding it to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Skewer Up: Thread marinated tofu onto skewers, alternating with your choice of vegetables.
  4. Get Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium heat.
