Description

These frozen treats combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey for a high-protein, guilt-free snack that satisfies your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Using either a whisk or hand mixer, mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, gently fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or drop tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from molds or baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
