Instructions
- Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine your creamy mashed potatoes with warmed milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until the mixture is smooth and inviting.
- Develop the yeast: Sprinkle active dry yeast over this mixture and allow it to bloom for about 5 minutes.
- Create the dough: Gradually incorporate the flour into the mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
