- 1 spiral sliced ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- Cloves (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Whisk together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
- Bake for about 15 minutes per pound.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking for caramelization.
- Insert cloves if using before the final baking period.
- Rest the ham for 15 minutes before slicing.
