Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your muffin tin by greasing each cup generously.
  2. Combine the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl, whisking evenly.
  3. Whisk together the milk, eggs, honey, and melted butter in another bowl until fully combined.
