Description

A creamy, decadent dip that combines sweet lobster meat with rich cream cheese, ideal for gatherings or cozy evenings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • Juice and zest of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl; whisk until smooth.
  3. Incorporate lemon juice and zest, Old Bay seasoning, and green onions into the mixture.
  4. Gently fold in chopped lobster meat.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
