Description

A vibrant and refreshing slaw bursting with sweet corn, crunchy cabbage, and zesty flavors, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
