- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast until evenly mixed.
- Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, gently mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into roughly 12 rolls.
- Place the shaped rolls in the greased dish, cover with a towel, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly before serving warm.
