Description

A vibrant dish blending sweet pineapple with savory ham, creating a flavorful fried rice experience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Fry the ham for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
  4. Add the rice, breaking up any clumps gently.
