Description

A vibrant shrimp stir fry that blends fresh vegetables and juicy shrimp in a savory sauce, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes, keeping them slightly crunchy.
  5. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey, then pour over the shrimp and vegetables.
  6. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Customize with your favorite vegetables or add sriracha for a spicy kick. Can also be made with tofu for a vegetarian option.
